FindFlings.com

Last revised: 15-05-2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Veloa Media LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about users of FindFlings.com and all related services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Services"). References to "you" and "your" mean you as a user of the Services.

Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

  1. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes to how we handle your information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, by sending an email to the address on file, by posting a notice on our website, or through other means required by applicable law.

    If you do not agree with any updates to this policy, please stop using the Services.
  2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

    When you access or use the Services, we may collect various types of information from different sources. This policy covers information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Data"). It does not cover information that cannot be linked to you ("Anonymous Data"). We need certain Personal Data to deliver the Services and honor our commitments under our Terms of Service.

    Some features require you to provide information directly. You may choose not to provide it, but this may limit your access to certain features.
    • a. Account Registration. To use our Services, you must register an account. During registration, we collect your first and last name, email address, username, password, age verification information, and payment details for any purchases. You may also choose to provide optional profile information such as preferences or updated usernames.
    • b. Third-Party Sign-On. Some Services may allow you to sign in using a supported third-party account. In those cases, the Personal Data we collect will depend on which service you use, that service's own privacy policy, and your privacy settings with them.
      • If you link a Google account, we collect your Google email address and an authentication token from Google.
      • If you link an Apple account, we collect either your Apple ID email address or a private relay address if you use Apple's Hide My Email feature.
      Some third-party providers may indicate they can share additional data such as your public profile — we do not collect this additional information.
    • c. Personal Data from Service Use. When you interact with the Services — including making purchases, subscribing, or communicating with profiles, Hosts, or our team — we collect personal details such as your name, address, phone number, country, age, and email address. This information is used to fulfil your requests and provide customer support.

      We also use your personal data for the following legitimate purposes:
      • Usage Data: We collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, clicks, device identifiers, age, gender, in-app activity, settings, and purchase history to understand how users interact with the Services and improve them.
      • Customer Support: We use your email address to provide technical assistance and respond to support enquiries.
      • User Content: We associate your account ID and username with any content you submit.
      • Updates and Announcements: We send platform updates and news by email or in-app notification. You may opt out at any time.
      • Personalised Offers: We analyse your interactions to present relevant rewards, promotions, or special offers. You may opt out at any time.
      • Personalised Advertising: We may tailor advertisements based on your location and preferences. You may opt out at any time.
      • Social Features: We store content you submit to enable social interactions on the platform. You may opt out at any time.
      • Service Improvement: We use collected data to develop, enhance, and add new features to our Services.
      • Legal Compliance: We may process and disclose data as required by applicable law or regulation.
    • d. Cookies. Where we use cookies or similar technologies, we rely on your consent to do so. Please refer to Section 6 of this policy for full details on our use of cookies. Where cookies collect Personal Data, we process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, in anonymised form, or under a pseudonym.
    • e. Do Not Track. You may disable cookies through your browser settings. However, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals sent by browsers or mobile applications, due to the absence of a consistent industry standard for interpreting such signals.
    • f. Payments. We collect information necessary to process payments and meet our legal obligations, including tax reporting requirements. This may include your full name, mailing address, email address, and payment details.
    • g. Customer Feedback and Communications. We keep records of customer service interactions, survey responses, and other communications you send us. This includes the nature of your enquiry and your contact details. We may use this information to improve the Services or for marketing purposes.
    • h. Customised Content. We may use automatically collected information to personalise your experience, deliver relevant content and offers, run platform analytics, and better understand how users engage with the Services.
    • i. Information from External Sources. We may receive information about you from third-party sources. Any such information will be handled in line with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third parties or for their privacy practices.
    • j. Legal and Operational Purposes. In addition to the above, we may use any collected information to comply with legal obligations, develop and improve the Services, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights and those of our users, and combat fraud. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.
    • k. Identity Verification (Biometric Data). We may collect biometric information — such as facial scans or government-issued ID images — through third-party identity verification technology, in order to confirm user identities, prevent fraud, and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Biometric data is stored by our third-party providers in accordance with their own policies and retained by us for up to three years following your last interaction, or longer if required by law.
  3. YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

    You may review or update your account information at any time by logging into your account settings.

    If you request that your account be closed, we will deactivate or delete it and remove your data from our active systems. However, we may retain certain information in our records where necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Service, or meet applicable legal requirements.
  4. DATA RETENTION

    We keep your Personal Data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Our standard retention periods are as follows:
    • Biometric data: Up to 3 years after your last interaction, or as required by law.
    • Transaction records: 7 years for tax and compliance purposes.
    • Account data: Until your account deletion request is processed, plus 90 days for fraud monitoring purposes.
    Anonymous Data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
  5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

    We do not share your Personal Data except in the circumstances described below.

    Service Providers

    We work with third-party service providers who process your Personal Data on our behalf to help us operate and deliver the Services. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and may only use it for the specific purpose for which it was shared. Our service providers assist with:
    • Running, operating, and maintaining the platform using third-party tools and infrastructure;
    • Content moderation and performance analytics;
    • Email and mobile messaging campaigns;
    • Marketing analytics and advertising measurement;
    • Payment processing for subscriptions and credit purchases;
    • Technical and customer support.
    Some service providers may collect information directly from you — for example, a payment processor may request your billing details. Such providers do not share your financial information (such as your card number) with us, but may share limited related data such as your postal code.

    Third Parties

    We share Anonymous Data with third parties for industry and market analysis. We will only share your Personal Data with third-party marketing partners where we have your explicit consent. We do not share Personal Data with any other third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

    We do not share Personal Data with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. Any third-party advertising partners are contractually prohibited from combining our data with other data sources to track users across unrelated sites or services.

    Legal and Safety Disclosures

    We may share your information with law enforcement, government authorities, or private parties where we reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal claims or process (including subpoenas and court orders); (b) protect the rights, safety, or property of us, our users, or the public; or (c) investigate or stop activity we consider illegal, unethical, or harmful.

    Business Transactions

    User data, including Personal Data, is considered a business asset. In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, your Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant third-party acquirer as part of the transaction.

    Other Permitted Disclosures

    We may also share your information in the following circumstances:
    • With vendors and service providers such as cloud storage, security, analytics, and payment processing partners;
    • Within our corporate group or with affiliates;
    • When you request that we share information via social media integrations or login features;
    • To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements;
    • To enforce our Terms of Service;
    • To protect the safety and security of the platform and its users;
    • With professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, or accountants.
    Marketing Opt-Out

    If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. Please note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or account-related communications, which we may still need to send you. You may continue to receive marketing messages for a short period while your request is being processed.
  6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

    Effective as of: 15-05-2026

    Our Services use cookies — small text files placed on your device when you visit our website. We place our own first-party cookies, and some third parties may also place their own cookies when you use our Services.

    We use cookies and local storage to monitor overall usage patterns, personalise your experience, help you navigate the platform, deliver relevant content, and serve targeted advertisements. We and our service providers also use pixel tags and similar tracking technologies to analyse how users interact with the Services.

    We also use web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) — tiny, invisible graphics embedded in web pages or emails — to track page views, measure advertising effectiveness, and monitor platform performance.

    Types of Cookies We Use
    • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the platform to function. Without these, you would not be able to log in or navigate the site.
    • Performance Cookies: Collect data on how visitors use the Services (such as which pages are visited most) to help us improve the platform.
    • Functionality Cookies: Remember choices you've made — such as your login details or region — to provide a more personalised experience.
    • Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver advertisements more relevant to your interests. We may share this data with third-party advertising partners.
    Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining on your device for a set period after you log out).

    Third-Party Cookies

    Some third parties we work with — including advertisers — may place their own cookies on your device. These may be used to track browsing behaviour, improve security, or deliver more relevant advertisements.

    For example, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, Inc., to analyse how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information including your IP address, which is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this data to compile reports on website activity and may share it with third parties where required by law or where those parties process data on Google's behalf.

    Do Not Track

    Your browser may allow you to send a "Do Not Track" signal to websites you visit. Our website is not currently configured to respond to such signals. To learn more, visit allaboutdnt.com.

    Managing Cookies

    Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your browser settings to block or delete them. Please be aware that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the Services.
  7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

    Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms that we do not own or control. If you follow any such links, we encourage you to review the privacy and security policies of those sites before providing any information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site.

    Information you share on public or semi-public platforms — including social media networks such as Facebook or X (formerly Twitter) — may be visible to other users and is not governed by this Privacy Policy. Our inclusion of a link does not imply any endorsement of that site or its operators.

    Any information you provide directly to a third-party service is subject to that service's own privacy policy, not ours. We recommend reviewing those policies before sharing your information.
  8. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE OF SERVICES

    The Services are intended for use by individuals located in the United States of America. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we make no representation that the Services are suitable or available for use in other locations.
  9. DATA SECURITY

    We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no security system is completely impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information you transmit to us electronically may not be fully secure in transit. We recommend that you avoid sending sensitive or confidential information over unsecured channels.

    If you have any concerns about the security of your data, please contact us using the details in Section 13 of this policy.
